How Telesoftas Strengthen Their Performance with Google Workspace Enterprise Edition
About the client:TeleSoftas is a leading product engineering and consultancy company in the Baltic region. Its business model extends the definition of an outsourcing company as, for almost 20 years, it has served as a technical partner, providing full engineering solutions to its clients.
TeleSoftas developed over 400 transformative software solutions in various sectors, including telecoms, healthcare, logistics, transport, e-commerce, and finance for businesses worldwide. In 2022 TeleSoftas joined Estonian Tech giant Helmes Group and established a community of over 1500 IT specialists and business professionals.

Challenge: Telesoftas is a sophisticated Google Workspace (further, GWS) user, having worked for a long time with a Business Starter edition (formerly, G Suite Basic). However, the existing plan did not cover all the company’s requests, and the team was struggling with various limitations:
There was not enough storage on the Drive
It was impossible to host meetings with all employees at once
The video recording was missing
There were document ownership issues when a person left the company
The company needed to get the effective centralized management
Solution: While looking for possibilities to resolve the company’s needs, Telesoftas started to work with Cloudfresh, which helped find the most relevant GWS edition to meet the above-listed requests. The most suitable plan appeared to be the Enterprise edition, rich with the most advanced functionalities. Cloudfresh GWS-certified team provided the consultations and training for the administrators about the additional helpful features covered by this plan, such as:
Investigation tool: to enable admins with a deep knowledge of identifying and taking action on security and privacy issues in the company domain.
BeyondCorp: to manage secure access to applications and resources with high data protection.
Alert Center: to see the list of alerts affecting the Telesoftas’ domain in detail.

From now, the company resolved all the requests about the virtual hangouts and started its way to establish the most productive meeting experience in Google Meet:
The company can host 300 participants in the virtual meetings in Google Meet, while previously, Telesoftas needed to switch to other solutions to enable all the company’s employees to join the hangouts.
The teams got the meeting recording option, which is very easy to manage, and all the recorded files automatically appear in the original meeting invite and on Drive.
During the online gathering, the workers got the voting option and the possibility to split people into several breakout rooms to brainstorm on projects.
Telesoftas also got the opportunity to monitor the quality of meetings, which helps to troubleshoot network issues.
The company teams actively started using Shared Drives, which made workflows and collaboration much more manageable when somebody leaves the company, so there is no need to transfer ownership anymore.
