How has Asana enabled the 4PEOPLE to efficiently manage projects and team tasks?

 

About the client: 4PEOPLE is a performance marketing agency (35+ employees) working mainly in the Polish market. The company creates effective marketing solutions using a mix of PPC, SEO, Social Media, and Content Marketing. Their unique expertise covers all industries, focusing mainly on real estate, beauty, and healthcare.

The Challenge: Before 4PEOPLE started using Asana, the team used two CRMs that did not cover the company’s needs in setting, controlling, and measuring the projects and tasks.

The main problems using these products were:

  • Hard to follow and not intuitively understandable UX.
  • Lot of modules that the team didn’t use but were charged for.

The 4PEOPLE team can now use Asana together with Timecamp, as they needed in the first place, to get a clear view of the time spent on them to issue reconciled invoices to customers.

Alongside it, the team finally has Google Drive integration with the service’s file selection feature that is now built into the Asana taskbar. With it, everyone can easily attach files from My Drive to tasks, which makes the work process simpler and faster.
