At SFORS, fast decisions aren’t optional—they’re part of daily operations. Trading on the New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ leaves no room for chaos, whether in operations or data.
But as the company scaled across multiple jurisdictions, its internal IT setup became harder to manage. What was once a single environment had grown into 6–8 separate Google Workspace instances. And while trading depends on precision, internal operations require something just as important—a single, consistent system.
SFORS operates in the UAE, Cyprus, and the UK, with each legal entity using its own Google Workspace. This led to:
At first, this setup made sense. But over time, fragmentation started slowing things down. Teams couldn’t easily share files across the organization, some employees didn’t have access to Gemini Pro, and NotebookLM didn’t support collaboration between different Workspace environments.
After rebranding to SFORS, the new domain – sfors.com – was introduced. But due to the fragmented setup, not everyone could use a unified email. The company needed one Google Workspace environment built for a business operating at scale.
That’s why SFORS chose Cloudfresh for their Google Workspace migration services.
To scale confidently, the team started with a pilot migration.
Before consolidating the main environments, SFORS and Cloudfresh tested the process on a smaller group—30 accounts, with 4–5 actively used.
As an official CloudM partner, Cloudfresh led the migration using CloudM, enabling controlled transfers of emails, calendars, contacts, and files between Google Workspace environments. The platform also allowed detailed planning of permissions, org structure, and data handling rules before the move began.
The migration was completed in two stages: an initial primary copy and a final cutover with delta updates. As a result, all data was transferred correctly, with files and calendars fully preserved.
The biggest challenge wasn’t the data migration–it was user habits. Some team members relied on browser bookmarks, and after the domain change, old URLs no longer worked.
The files were there, access was correctly configured—but users couldn’t quickly find the exact document among several with similar names.
By addressing these requests in real time, Cloudfresh and SFORS identified a key improvement: enabling Document ID mapping logs in CloudM. This allows old and new URLs to be matched helping support teams resolve file access requests faster.
The pilot also helped create a detailed delta migration checklist to avoid data inconsistencies during domain switching.
After the pilot, SFORS didn’t just gain technical validation–they built a clear, repeatable migration scenario.
The team now has:
Most importantly, the company confirmed that data loss risks are minimal and that potential challenges can be anticipated and managed.

Next comes the consolidation of the two main environments with 500+ users, migration to an Enterprise plan, and domain unification under sfors.com.
For SFORS, this project goes beyond a standard migration. It’s about building a unified workspace where all teams operate within shared domains, with centralized access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and other services–regardless of location.
The upcoming migration waves represent a strategic milestone in the company’s growth.

Cloudfresh acted as the technical partner in preparing and executing the pilot migration.
The process was fully collaborative: Cloudfresh designed the technical plan and supported implementation, while the SFORS IT team maintained control over the environment and internal support.
Cloudfresh helped SFORS to:
SFORS gained more than support—they built a clear collaboration model with defined roles, stages, and responsibilities. One that can scale alongside the business without rethinking the entire IT architecture every time the company grows.
Cloudfresh is a Google Cloud Premier Partner specializing in Work Transformation. We help companies implement, migrate, and scale Google Workspace as a unified ecosystem—from infrastructure audit to security, access management, and administration.
