Join our collaborative Marketing team as an experienced and curious SEO Lead, where you’ll be instrumental in driving our online growth. Requirements:

  • Experience localizing multilingual websites (6+ languages).
  • Proficient in white hat SEO techniques.
  • Experience working with global markets (EMEA, USA) and SaaS products.
  • Deep understanding of tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Proven ability to create and manage content plans.
  • B2 level English proficiency or higher.
  • Knowledge and experience with CRM systems.
  • Demonstrates initiative and intellectual curiosity, with a willingness to experiment.
  • Results-oriented with strong strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Possesses leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams.
  • Adaptable to changing environments and proactive in seeking innovative solutions.
  • Open-minded, flexible, and creative thinker.
  • Strong business acumen.

Responsibilities:

  • 1. SEO Strategy & Planning
  • Lead a full audit of technical SEO, content, and backlinks to shape both short- and long-term strategies focused on traffic and lead growth.
  • Define KPIs (traffic, conversions, keyword rankings) and align all SEO efforts with business and revenue goals.
  • 2. Technical SEO & Site Health
  • Ensure smooth crawling and indexing by resolving 404s, duplicates, metadata issues, and implementing schema.
  • Continuously optimize site structure, performance, and UX.
  • Leverage tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and GSC for ongoing health checks and improvements in collaboration with the dev team.
  • 3. Content Strategy & Localization
  • Build a keyword-driven content plan focused on high-intent, high-volume topics.
  • Optimize existing content for structure, relevance, and internal linking.
  • Manage localization efforts across 6+ languages, ensuring content aligns with SEO goals and resonates with each market.
  • 4. Authority Building & Link Strategy
  • Develop and lead a scalable backlink strategy (organic and paid), focused on trusted, high-authority domains.
  • Oversee outreach, ensure link quality, and measure impact via Google instruments, other tools and relevant KPIs.
  • Support brand visibility through optimized profiles, partner directories, and referral sites.
  • 5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Track organic traffic, rankings, and conversions with a focus on attribution and pipeline contribution.
  • Use HubSpot and Google instruments to tie SEO impact to business outcomes.
  • Deliver clear, actionable monthly and quarterly reports, with insight-driven next steps.
  • 6. Team Leadership & Innovation
  • Manage SEO contributors (developer, website content specialist, outreach specialist) with clear task ownership and regular check-ins.
  • Foster a test-and-learn culture, exploring new tools and AI-based automation to scale efforts.
  • Run competitive analysis to uncover gaps and apply innovative tactics to stay ahead.
  • 7. Cross-Functional & Global Alignment
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to optimize lead generation from organic channels.
  • Collaborate with Product and IT teams on technical priorities and roadmap integration.
  • Develop region-specific strategies for EMEA, US, and other markets—ensuring content and tactics are locally relevant and technically sound.
