We’re currently seeking a Project and Event Manager to handle offline events, assist with organizing online events and webinars, and lead special projects aimed at building communities around our products and services, increasing brand awareness, and driving lead generation.
Requirements:
- Project management – Having a good grasp of project management principles is key in this role to keep events and special projects organized and on schedule.
- Event planning – Experience in event planning is a must since it involves coordinating many moving parts to ensure a great overall experience.
- Vendor management – Working with various vendors is part of the job, so relationship management and negotiation skills are important.
- Budget management – Overseeing the financial side of events and projects means budget management is a critical skill.
- Logistics – Strong logistics planning and management are essential for making informed decisions on the many logistical aspects of an event or project.
- Communication – Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, is crucial for coordinating with teams, clients, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing offline events, including handling location, catering, swag, and coordinating the overall process.
- Organizing online events, such as managing speakers, platforms, and creating activities to boost audience engagement. This may also include helping with webinars.
- Managing third-party event projects to boost brand recognition and generate leads.
- Leading brand initiatives focused on building communities, increasing brand awareness, and driving lead generation.
- Assisting with HR marketing projects alongside the HR team, if needed.
- Exploring new activities, channels, platforms, and tools to engage with the target audience and nurture their interest in the company’s products and services throughout the lead lifecycle.
- Handling special projects that arise and require event and project management skills.
