We are currently looking for a genius CMO who can engage customers, drive and lead marketing communications, and promote the company’s products and services.

Requirements

  • Passionate about marketing and technologies.
  • Experience in the position of CMO from 2 years
  • English – upper intermediate and hire
  • Successful experience of promoting B2B services, products or solutions
  • Experience planning and executing multiple, complex marketing programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder and project management skills, including managing agencies, vendors, and large projects.
  • Experience in building scalable demand generation campaigns in cross-functional environments.
  • Experience working collaboratively across multiple product, marketing, and business teams.
  • Understanding of digital transformation in the CPG industry and its impact on organizations and C-level roles (e.g. CMO, CIO, CTO) in these companies.
  • Management experience: personnel selection, goal setting and monitoring, analysis of results, development of business processes;

Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct and coordinate marketing budgets in accordance with organizational goals
  • Plan campaigns and create interest in one of the organization’s products or services
  • Undertake market research studies and analyze the results in order to better understand the market and customer tastes
  • Use research to identify likely customers for a product or service and then develop a pricing strategy that will induce them to purchase the product or service
  • Market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations.
  • Oversee a company’s overall advertising and sales strategy
  • Drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities
  • Develop the structure of the business’s marketing department
  • Negotiate advertising and SEO contacts
  • Approve marketing campaign ideas
  • Coordinate marketing efforts with the company’s financial and branding goals
