We are looking for a BDR for all the company’s products with knowledge of the Baltic States, Malta and Cyprus market.

In this position, you will be responsible for communicating with new potential clients and setting up meetings with them for Sales Executives.

Requirements:

  • English language proficiency at least at upper intermediate level is required. Knowledge of the language of one of the Baltic countries will be a big plus.
  • Love of communicating with clients, excellent oral and written communication skills in various communication channels – phone, email, LinkedIn, messengers, etc.
  • Ability to analyze your work and make it effective is a must;
  • Willingness to gain experience and cooperate with employees of such companies as Google, Zendesk, Asana, and others;
  • Ability to work for results;

Responsibilities:

  • The priority is to process outbound leads – the cold database and update the company’s existing database. Inbound leads are processed to a lesser extent – incoming leads, webinars and events;
  • Work with clients (company’s business) according to ICP (Ideal Customer Profile);
  • Communication with decision-makers (DMPs) in companies;
  • Negotiating with potential clients about conducting a Demo;
  • Recording work with potential clients in CRM;
  • Interaction with the team of sales and marketing managers;
  • Fulfillment of KPIs.

Would be a plus:

  • Understand sales funnels and lead generation channels;
  • Be fluent in the language of one of the Baltic countries;
  • Familiarity with business models that exist on the market;
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (Saas);
  • Worked with Google Workspace (ex. G Suite), Asana, HubSpot, and Zendesk programs;
  • Worked in B2B and sold IT solutions or worked in IT and finance;
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian or other languages.
