Today we are strengthening our sales team and announcing a competition for the position of Business Development Representative.
We will definitely find a common language if you:
- Have at least 1 year of successful work experience in B2B;
- Know how to work in CRM
- Speak English at the intermediate level (desirable);
- Understand sales funnels and lead generation channels
- Able to negotiate with clients by phone, e-mail and instant messengers;
- Able to qualify potential clients
- Capable of making effective outbound calls;
- Have excellent oral and written communication (email/social media) and presentation skills;
It will be cool if you:
- Are familiar with cloud technologies (Saas);
- Worked with Google Workspace (ex. G Suite), Asana, Zendesk applications;
- Worked in B2B and sold IT solutions;
- Communicate and write fluently in English, Russian and Ukrainian.
What to do:
- Discover leads (business) according to ICP (Ideal Customer Profile);
- Contact decision makers (DM) in companies;
- Negotiate with potential clients about the Demo;
- Know the company’s products;
- Create leads/deals in CRM;
- Collaborate with the Sales Executives team;
- Achieve KPIs and earn bonuses.
