- The Fall of the New Ways: When the Old Ways Fall
HubSpot’s INBOUND Spotlight Fall 2025 is one of the two most important conventions held this year. The upgraded AI-powered customer platform unifies all business processes regardless of departmental boundaries.
This spirit of unification is what inspired the event to bring together fans, prospects, customers, and partners from all over the world.
As a Diamond-tier HubSpot partner, we’re offering you an exclusive look at some of the most fresh, most advanced developments that will dictate the platform’s course over the months to come.
Without any further ado, let’s dive right in!
Breeze
Perhaps some of the most breakthrough changes involve the family of AI tools under the Breeze umbrella.
Customer Agent
The Customer Agent can now qualify leads on the spot and kick off the next-best action. Think of booking a meeting or fast-tracking a prospect so your reps can follow up quickly.
Besides, it is now able to pull history, tweak properties, and add a personal touch to replies without losing a single bit of context, all thanks to a direct link to your HubSpot records.
Speaking of replies, from now on, the Customer Agent is going to handle voice conversations as well.
What’s even more interesting, you’ll be able to put it to a test on real-world scenarios typical for your customers. That way, you’ll better understand what pieces of knowledge your Customer Agents have been missing to complete the puzzle.
The result? You’ll be able to make edits to your content and bring performance to the level you’re expecting.
But training isn’t the only thing that makes the new Customer Agent smarter. It is also capable of authenticating visitors, that is, making sure they are who they say they are.
And if, for some reason, your Customer Agents can’t answer the question, HubSpot’s got your back and revamped the human hand-off experience.
Wait, did we just mention Customer Agents, as in the plural? That’s right! You can now set up, manage, and customize several of them via a single portal, which was one of the most long-awaited features prior to the HubSpot INBOUND Spotlight Fall 2025.
Breeze Assistant
As you’ve probably already guessed from the headline, there will be no more Copilot. But don’t worry, it isn’t getting discontinued or anything like that.
The truth is, it’s got a new name and a host of new functionalities.
Meet Breeze Assistant. The team at HubSpot took all of your feedback and worked really hard to fix every known quality issue and make the experience better for everyone.
Available on both mobile and desktop, Assistant remembers your preferences and breaks down complex business questions into digestible insights that are easy to understand and act on.
What’s even more exciting is that it’s not only connected to all of your CRM data but also has immediate access to your Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack setups.
And to make things even more personalized, HubSpot enables you to create your very own Custom Assistants.
Breeze Studio
So the Breeze Studio is exactly where you go for prepping your custom assistants and agents for a successful go-live and make any changes afterward.
It has two main destinations:
- Agents Editor. Here, you can control how Customer Agents roll without your direct oversight, what knowledge they turn to in the process, and how they reach a decision when completing a task
- Assistants Editor. Here, you can decide what your Assistant should know and how it should reply in conversations
Breeze Marketplace
The Marketplace is a one-stop shop for pre-built Agents and Assistants brought to you by none other than HubSpot itself.
From there, you can tailor them to your specific business processes and start automating tasks and boosting productivity from the get-go.
Some examples include:
- RFP Agent
- Closing Agent
- Deal Loss Agent
- Customer Handoff Agent
- Customer Health Agent
- Company Research Agent
- Blog Research Agent
- Social Post Agent
Another major news around Breeze AI announced at the HubSpot INBOUND Spotlight Fall 2025 is that from now on, data-enriching your records will be available at no extra cost within the core seats, except for Smart properties.

Smart CRM
The novel Smart CRM revealed throughout HubSpot’s INBOUND Spotlight Fall 2025 fits perfectly into the whole data narrative.
Flexible CRM Views
You can now look at the same customer data in multiple formats: charts, boards, timelines, you name it.
The key takeaway here is that patterns and trends jump out in an instant via visual representations.
Perhaps the most exciting thing is how these views benefit both Sales and Marketing. Picture this: sales reps can now observe pipeline momentum buildup in visual flows with marketers tracking funnel performance in conversion charts at the same time.
Self-Generating CRM Data
Again, data is both king & queen. Your self-generating CRM learns from three powerful sources, namely HubSpot’s dataset, Smart properties, and literally every call and email convo.
As a result, real-time context just keeps flowing in. And if you need very niche insight, AI takes care of that.
But most importantly, your data stays fresh at all times without anyone firing up a spreadsheet.
Smart Insights
HubSpot has also doubled down on proactivity findings- and recommendations-wise.
- AI Catch Up Cards surface shifts in customer sentiment and flag data that’s missing on company records
- Smart Digest lets you see how performance changed and what trends came to light
- Column Insights reveal the meaning behind any data pattern with a simple right-click
Projects Object
This one is a huge win for all project management professionals. The new object allows you to populate, modify, and otherwise manage PM data directly in HubSpot for activities like:
- Record association
- Segmentation
- Automation
- All-around reporting integrated with other HubSpot data
Moreover, it’s possible to link your workplace tools such as Teams and Zoom, and then sync everything with existing project management software like Asana or Jira.

The Newcomers at HubSpot INBOUND Spotlight Fall 2025? Enter Data Hub
An intuitive thought must be, “A brand-new Hub!” In reality, this is the good old Operations reimagined and readied for the era of AI-first.
That said, you’ll no longer need to wait for the tech team to roll out certain functionalities as the insight gets activated across all of your datasets and anyone who needs business intel can get it without a hitch.
Data Studio
This is just a familiar interface anyone can use. The new Studio was built with marketers and other non-tech professionals in mind, meaning you need no SQL or coding experience to get started.
On top of that, you get help building datasets from the ground up and spotting insights with built-in AI guidance.
Power segmentation, automation, and reporting all happen without manual imports or exports, too.
Data Quality Overview
As evident from the name, HubSpot not only makes it easier to breathe meaning into the data you collect, but also helps make that data high-quality in the first place.
For one, Data Quality Overview scans your entire database to locate and weed out all the duplicates, formatting problems, and outdated information 24/7.
A nice contribution from the AI here is that missing info is auto-added to customer records so you can have better-complete profiles at your disposal.
On the monitoring front also, it alerts you to data issues well before they can even begin to take a toll on your BizOps or customer experiences and expectations.

Marketing Hub
Marketing Hub also got some serious AI, personalization, and collaborative productivity upgrades during HubSpot’s INBOUND Spotlight Fall 2025.
Segments
Segments are replacing Lists to better reflect the underlying nature of the feature and widespread marketing lingo.
The HubSpot team has put a great emphasis on saving both time and effort here. Starting today, you can easily shape precise audience groups thanks to intuitive tools and AI assistance along the way.
Besides, you can tap into new segments with the highest potential and get AI’s advice on who to target next on your journey to growth.
Personalization
The new app, called Personalization Home, serves as a centralized space for crafting, managing, and reporting on personalized experiences users enjoy on your website.
A dedicated Personalization Agent will point out the segments that are most likely to respond well to such experiences and design tailored websites and CTAs appealing to the audience in question on the fly.
And then there’s just much greater flexibility overall. As a digital marketing specialist, you can now produce several targeted versions of CTAs and landing pages to measure which ones work best toward achieving your goals, all from a single place.
Marketing Studio
This particular studio is essentially a drag-and-drop canvas that brings all of your team members together to brainstorm, plan, generate, and get multi-channel campaigns up and running.
And, of course, it uses AI to deliver suggestions on a strategic level, help with content creation, and optimize schedules. At the end of the day, all of that is tied into a guided experience that connects the right tools right when you need them most.
AI-Powered Emails
This intelligent engine fetches your CRM data to create, personalize, and optimize email marketing campaigns, aiming for higher engagement and conversion rates. Yes, that means ‘one-size-fits-all’ messaging is no more.
Getting started is fairly simple. Just tell the AI what it is exactly that you want to communicate, and you’ll get complete branded drafts in no time.
It goes even further to predict who will engage and when. But AI doesn’t stop there. It will come up with unique content assets for every recipient based on the data you have in the CRM.
In the meantime, you will have every facet of performance carefully analyzed and packed into instant actionable summaries.

Sales Hub
In this Hub, the Prospecting Agent is now baked straight into the Sales Workspace, continuously checking prospects for buying signals under the hood.
Advanced prompting and instructions have become suitable for the selling profiles, for which there’s now also detailed analytics available.
The meetings tool in the Sales Workspace, which helps build pipelines and close deals faster, now also uses AI to handle the prep, capture insights, and speed up follow-ups without ever leaving the Workspace.
Features that have made this possible are the Notetaker (in-person included, although limited to iOS at the time of writing) and Source Citations for greater credibility.

Commerce Hub
The Commerce Hub is uniting and automating CPQ, billing, and payments on a single platform.
You get:
- A single-page quote editor
- AI-generated quotes
- Templates
- Approval flows (standard and advanced)
- Reporting
- Adaptability to any business model and any deal complexity with tiered and flat-rate pricing

The Fall of the New Ways: When the Old Ways Fall
As we all can see from the HubSpot’s INBOUND Spotlight Fall 2025 recap, the platform is huge on artificial intelligence, data, and automation, unified.
As models relentlessly evolve, we expect this trend to continue. And if your business wants to keep up with the competition and outplay it, the best course of action is to start adopting AI now.
This isn’t about pure adoption, though. The key is to make it a core, indispensable part of your strategy and operations, as opposed to yet another ‘nice-to-have’ add-on.
Please note that all the new features listed above are subject to tier-, seat-, and in some cases, language-based availability. To make sense of all that, there’s no one better you could have in your corner than a certified Diamond Partner.
