Challenge: Volmi Games has been using both online and offline file-sharing systems between employees for a long time. However, after the quarantine restrictions and the forced transition of the company to remote work, Volmi Games sought a tool that would optimize employees’ work from home without losing their productivity.

Volmi Games team:

• Manages all employee communication in Gmail and Google Chat.

Results: The transition to remote work using Google Workspace tools allowed the company to optimize employees’ work without additional costs. The quick and convenient process of integrating tools according to the company’s needs helped the team to maintain its efficiency. It did not affect the profitability of Volmi Games either in this rather difficult period for the business.
