Terms of payment

There are 2 payment methods available on cloudfresh.com:
– Visa / Mastercard on the site
– Payment by bank transfer from the organization
*The price excludes VAT, and any potential bank fees.


Delivery terms

Delivery is carried out throughout the EU countries and Ukraine (except temporarily occupied territories and war zones).
The delivery fee is calculated individually depending on the country in which you’re based. After placing your order with our team, you’ll find the delivery details for your case.


Exchange and return

You can exchange or return the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase.
The product is subject to return if significant shortcomings are found or there is no similar product for exchange.
The item is exchangeable if:
– product, was not in use
– has no signs of use: scratches, traces of dirt and other imperfections.
– the goods are completed and the integrity of the packaging is not broken
– all labels and factory marking are saved – receipt for goods.
To get refund or exchange purchased item – send a request on email store@cloudfresh.com We will make a refund /exchange within 7 days from your claim.
