We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to foster our product outreach. Dive into the thrilling world of tech sales, where you’ll be the crucial link connecting potential clients with groundbreaking cloud solutions. Your mission? Engage with new prospects, spark conversations, and set the stage for our Sales Executives to shine.

Requirements:

  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
  • 1+ years of proven experience in B2B Business Development, Sales, or a related field with a strong emphasis on proactive outreach.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and build rapport with clients across diverse channels, including phone, email, LinkedIn, and messaging platforms.
  • Analytical mindset to track outreach performance, refine strategies, and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Eagerness to learn and collaborate with top-tier companies like Google, Zendesk, Asana, Hubspot, Microsoft, Okta, GitLab, and Miro.
  • Strong results-oriented drive, focusing on expanding the sales pipeline through targeted outreach.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through strategic outbound outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking.
  • Initiate and cultivate initial discussions with potential clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams.
  • Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, pipeline growth, and outreach effectiveness.

Would be a plus:

  • Understanding of sales funnels and lead generation.
  • Background in IT solutions or Fintech.
  • Polish, Czech or French proficiency
