We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing (SMM) Manager to join our Marketing team and drive our online presence and engagement. If you’re skilled in creating compelling social media strategies, generating engaging content, and building a strong online community, we want you on our team!
Requirements:
- – Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing (SMM) Manager, especially in a B2B setting
- – In-depth understanding of B2B social media marketing strategies and best practices
- – Experience with global markets, with a special focus on EMEA
- – Exceptional content creation skills with a keen eye for detail
- – Skilled in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
- – Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- – English skills at a minimum of B2 level
- – Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve performance
- – Strong storytelling skills to convey our brand and message through social media
- – Familiarity with social selling would be a plus
Responsibilities:
- – Develop and implement effective B2B social media strategies to enhance our online presence and drive engagement
- – Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for our social media platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and messaging
- – Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations
- – Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives and business goals
- – Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and build strong relationships with our audience
- – Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategies
- – Coordinate with other departments to gather relevant information and support cross-functional initiatives
- – Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- – Focus on expanding our reach and engagement in global markets, particularly in the EMEA region
