Cloudfresh⛅️, a global leader in cloud technology partnerships, is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Sales Executive to expand our reach with GitLab as a key product. Since our inception in 2017, we’ve excelled in delivering superior cloud solutions through a variety of top-tier partnerships including Google Cloud, Zendesk, Asana, GitLab, Okta, and Microsoft.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts for GitLab solutions across the EMEA and CEE regions. The ideal candidate will be a high-performing A-player with significant experience in DevSecOps sales, adept at navigating complex sales environments and driven to exceed targets through strategic sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and either Polish or Czech is essential.
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience in DevSecOps or similar technical fields, with a documented history of achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly in enterprise sales.
- Experience in outbound sales or cold calling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities; proficient in managing CRM systems and understanding their strategic importance in sales and customer relationship management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; an MBA or related graduate degree is preferable.
- Sales or technical certifications related to GitLab and/or DevSecOps platforms are advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for GitLab solutions, targeting enterprise clients within the DevSecOps markets across EMEA and CEE.
- Identify and penetrate new enterprise market segments, leveraging GitLab to improve client outcomes.
- Conduct high-level negotiations and presentations with major companies across Europe, focusing on the strategic benefits of adopting GitLab solutions.
- Work closely with marketing and business development teams to align sales strategies with broader company goals; provide mentorship to junior sales managers on GitLab product offerings.
- Continuously assess the competitive landscape and customer needs, adapting sales strategies to meet market demands and drive revenue growth.
Would be a plus:
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in team management and product-specific training.
- Technical proficiency with GitLab solutions and their integration into DevSecOps workflows.
