Requirements:

  • Fluency in Polish.
  • At least B2 level in English.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience in SaaS/IaaS fields, with a strong focus on project management, work management, collaboration, or productivity software. Demonstrable experience selling or working extensively with Asana or comparable enterprise work management platforms (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Trello) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities, with a strong capability to articulate the business value of improved team collaboration and operational efficiency.
  • Proficient in managing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and understanding their strategic importance in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and consistently close high-value deals with business leaders across various departments (Marketing, IT, Operations, Product) in enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the Asana platform, primarily targeting enterprise clients within the Polish market.
  • Conduct high-level negotiations and presentations with major companies across Poland, focusing on the strategic benefits of adopting Asana for enhancing team collaboration, project tracking, and workflow management.
  • Continuously assess the competitive landscape and customer needs within the Polish work management and collaboration software market, adapting sales strategies to meet local demands and drive revenue growth for Asana.
  • Identify and penetrate new enterprise market segments in Poland, leveraging Asana’s capabilities to streamline operations and improve client outcomes across diverse industries.
  • Work closely with marketing and business development teams to align sales strategies with broader company goals, including localized content and targeted campaigns for the Polish market.
  • Accurately forecast sales pipelines and provide regular reports on sales activities and performance specific to the Polish market.

Would be a plus:

  • Experience in expanding new markets with outbound activities within Poland or CEE.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies or other project management frameworks.
  • Existing network of contacts within Polish enterprise businesses looking to optimize their operational workflows.
