Vacancy description
Cloudfresh ⛅️ is a Global Google Cloud Premier Partner, Google Chrome Enterprise Partner, Zendesk Advanced Partner, Asana Platinum Solutions Partner, GitLab Select Partner, HubSpot Diamond Partner, Miro Solution Partner, Okta Activate Partner, Cloudflare Powered+ Partner, JumpCloud Platinum Partner, and Microsoft Partner.
Since 2017, we’ve helped 2,500+ customers in 70+ countries grow with cloud, security, CRM, collaboration, DevSecOps, and data & AI — from PoC and training to ongoing support and GenAI guidance, always moving at our customers’ speed.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves travel operations — the kind of person who gets a thrill from solving a rebooking puzzle at 2 AM, can charm a vendor into a better rate, and stays composed when a visa gets delayed the day before a critical trip. At Cloudfresh, you’ll work across five countries, partner with the internal team and C-level, and own a function that keeps our people moving.
This role isn’t for someone who wants to just process bookings. It’s for someone who wants to build — to design the travel program, negotiate the deals, manage the agencies, and be the person leadership trusts when things get complicated.
Requirements:
- A real passion for travel management — this is your craft, not a side task
- 2-3 years in travel management and procurement, ideally in a multinational with frequent flyers
- Hands-on experience working with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and travel agencies simultaneously
- B2 English; additional languages are a strong plus
- Proven track record in budgeting, cost optimization, and travel reporting
- Solid understanding of visa processes, international travel compliance, and risk management
- Ownership mentality — you don’t wait to be told, you see what needs doing and do it
Responsibilities:
- Operational excellence. Design, optimize, and maintain travel processes that scale as Cloudfresh grows
- Vendor negotiation. Negotiate pricing with flight providers, hotels, and other partners; build long-term relationships that pay off
- Stakeholder coordination. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the internal team and C-level executives, plus the frequent travelers who depend on you
- Cost control & analytics. Spot saving opportunities and present data-driven insights leadership can act on
- Crisis & risk management. Stay calm and structured during disruptions, emergencies, and last-minute logistical chaos
- Attention to detail. Meticulous with bookings and documentation; catches issues before they become problems and owns the fix when something does slip through.
- Communication. Clear, supportive, and unflappable under time pressure
- Process ownership. Discipline and accountability in enforcing travel policies and standards
Work conditions:
- This is a pivotal role in delivering on what we promise our people and our business — and we know it. The person who owns this function directly enables how our teams operate, grow, and show up for customers across the world. We’re hiring with that in mind, and we’ll back you accordingly.
- International Scope from Day One. Coordinate travel across different GEO’s and support teams operating in 70+ markets.
- Own the Function, Not Just the Task. This isn’t a booking role. You’ll design the travel program, set the standards, negotiate the deals, and be the person leadership turns to when things get complicated.
- Real Negotiation Practice. Sharpen your skills with flight providers, hotels, and agencies. The savings you find go straight to the bottom line, and we notice.
- Build, Don’t Maintain. Bring your ideas. We’re scaling fast, which means the travel function is still being shaped — your fingerprints will be all over it.
- Earn What You Deserve. Competitive salary and a transparent bonus system tied to your results.
- Flexible Remote Schedule. Work remotely, or join us for a coffee in our Kyiv or Prague offices.
- Comprehensive Leave. 24 vacation days, bank holidays, and 14-day sick leave.
