We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts for GitLab and Zendesk across the EMEA and CEE regions. The ideal candidate will be a high-performing A-player with significant experience in SaaS sales, adept at navigating complex sales environments, and driven to exceed targets through strategic sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in either Polish or Czech is essential;
  • Fluency in English;
  • From 2 years of proven sales experience in SaaS/ IaaS fields, with a documented history of achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly in enterprise sales;
  • Experience in expanding new markets with outbound activities;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities;
  • Proficient in managing CRM systems and understanding their strategic importance in sales and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for GitLab and Zendesk, targeting clients within the CRM markets across EMEA and CEE;
  • Identify and penetrate new enterprise market segments, leveraging GitLab and Zendesk to improve client outcomes;
  • Conduct high-level negotiations and presentations with major companies across Europe, focusing on the strategic benefits of adopting Zendesk and GitLab solutions;
  • Work closely with marketing and business development teams to align sales strategies with broader company goals;
  • Continuously assess the competitive landscape and customer needs, adapting sales strategies to meet market demands and drive revenue growth.

Would be a plus:

  • Sales experience in CRMs similar to Zendesk.
