Cloudfresh Congratulates Washmen on the ‘2026 AI Breakthrough in EMEA’ Title by Asana
Asana Acquires StackAI, Adds Cross-System Execution for Human-Agent Teams

Asana has completed its acquisition of StackAI, a no-code platform for designing, testing, deploying, and governing custom AI agents. The deal adds an execution layer that lets those agents read and act across the systems your business already runs on, not just inside Asana.
Here’s what actually changes. Most AI tools today pair one person with one agent. Asana is going the other way, wiring agents into shared workflows that span whole teams.
What the Acquisition Adds
- Cross-system execution. StackAI plugs into ERP, CRM, and ITSM systems to automate work like customer support, IT service requests, and compliance workflows across tools such as Salesforce, Oracle, and SharePoint.
- AI Teammates as the bridge. They pull context from Asana’s Work Graph into StackAI workflows, then send the resulting actions and data back into Asana.
- Multiplayer agents. Several people can work on and improve a single agent through approvals, handoffs, and shared plans, so the workflow gets smarter every time it runs.
In one proof of concept from the announcement, StackAI agents pulled live data across five marketing systems to rework an SEO spend process, summed up the findings, and handed the work to AI Teammates to act on.
