procesech n\u00e1kupu.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">St\u00e1tn\u00ed podnik \u201eMedical Procurement of Ukraine\u201c je jedinou n\u00e1rodn\u00ed agenturou, kter\u00e1 zaji\u0161\u0165uje centralizovan\u00fd n\u00e1kup kvalitn\u00edch l\u00e9k\u016f a zdravotnick\u00fdch prost\u0159edk\u016f na n\u00e1klady st\u00e1tn\u00edho rozpo\u010dtu.\u00a0 Spole\u010dnost byla vznikla 25. \u0159\u00edjna 2018 a nyn\u00ed je pod spr\u00e1vou Ministerstva zdravotnictv\u00ed Ukrajiny.\u00a0 Jedn\u00e1 se o velk\u00fd podnik s majetkovou hodnotou v\u00edce ne\u017e 2 miliardy h\u0159iven (\u00fadaj z konce roku 2020), kter\u00fd je zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd za poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch l\u00e9k\u016f ve zdravotnick\u00e9m \u00fastavu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm c\u00edlem projektu je vytvo\u0159it transparentn\u00ed, efektivn\u00ed, konkurenceschopn\u00fd a \u00fasporn\u00fd syst\u00e9m pro da\u0148ov\u00e9 poplatn\u00edky, kte\u0159\u00ed za po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed l\u00e9k\u016f plat\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Postupem \u010dasu p\u0159ib\u00fdvalo projekt\u016f a \u00fakol\u016f a t\u00fdmu chyb\u011bla platforma pro \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed workflow, kter\u00e1 by fungovala efektivn\u011b.\u00a0 Zat\u00edmco MedData pom\u00e1hala s analytickou \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed pr\u00e1ce, pr\u016fb\u011bh projektov\u00fdch prac\u00ed nebyl nijak zachycen.\u00a0 To je d\u016fvod, pro\u010d IT t\u00fdm za\u010dal hledat mo\u017enosti, jak z\u00edskat n\u00e1stroj pro spr\u00e1vu a optimalizaci \u00faloh, a nakonec objevil Asanu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Od pamatov\u00e1n\u00ed si \u00fakol\u016f v hlav\u011b a\u017e po efektivn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Po zvolen\u00ed projektov\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edstupu k pr\u00e1ci se spole\u010dnost pot\u00fdkala s probl\u00e9mem spojen\u00fdm s nedostatkem efektivn\u00edho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.\u00a0 \u00dakoly byly zaznamen\u00e1ny v Google Docs, notebooc\u00edch nebo si je zam\u011bstnanci museli prost\u011b zapamatovat.\u00a0 Proto bylo problematick\u00e9 sledovat pracovn\u00ed v\u00fdkon a zmapovat \u00fapln\u00fd obraz projektu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0V\u0161echna data o skute\u010dn\u00fdch projektech byla rozpt\u00fdlena na r\u016fzn\u00fdch m\u00edstech a proces \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nebyl centralizov\u00e1n.\u00a0 Neexistoval ani zp\u016fsob, jak prozkoumat cel\u00fd pracovn\u00ed proces a dozv\u011bd\u011bt se tak o postupu projektu.\u00a0 To negativn\u011b ovlivnilo produktivitu a efektivitu spole\u010dnosti jako celku.\u00a0 Bylo tak\u00e9 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby odd\u011blen\u00ed spole\u010dnosti m\u011bla vz\u00e1jemn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup ke sv\u00fdm \u00fakol\u016fm.\u00a0 Bylo pot\u0159eba synchronizovat odd\u011blen\u00ed, jako je logistika, category management, n\u00e1kup a kontraktace.\u00a0 Hlavn\u00edm d\u016fvodem pot\u0159eby mana\u017eersk\u00e9ho n\u00e1stroje v\u0161ak byla neschopnost monitorovat pr\u00e1ci na jednom m\u00edst\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Proto byli IT specialist\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti pov\u011b\u0159eni anal\u00fdzou existuj\u00edc\u00edch platforem projektov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na trhu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: cel\u00e9 zemi denn\u011b zad\u00e1v\u00e1 do syst\u00e9mu data o zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e9c\u00edch a vakc\u00edn\u00e1ch.\u00a0 Shroma\u017e\u010fov\u00e1n\u00ed denn\u00edch anal\u00fdz je nezbytn\u00e9 k pochopen\u00ed rozsahu \u00fakon\u016f.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dob\u0159e koordinovan\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce v\u0161ech odd\u011blen\u00ed<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0V d\u016fsledku toho t\u00fdm vybral dodavatele n\u00e1stroj\u016f pro spr\u00e1vu a po konzultaci od t\u0159et\u00ed strany z nich n\u011bkolik up\u0159ednostnil.\u00a0 Mezi nimi byl i Cloudfresh, jeho\u017e slu\u017eby firma nakonec vyu\u017eila.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Spole\u010dnost zvolila n\u00e1stroj pro spr\u00e1vu \u00faloh Asana, kter\u00e1 hned spustila zku\u0161ebn\u00ed m\u011bs\u00edc pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed platformy.\u00a0 Na konci zku\u0161ebn\u00edho obdob\u00ed bylo rozhodnuto pokra\u010dovat v pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed platformy, proto\u017ee Asana se flexibiln\u011b p\u0159izp\u016fsobila intern\u00edm
